School in Guinea

We are working on our fourth school in Guinea Bissau and currently have 450 students. The need is so great that we have hundreds of students on a waiting list to enter these schools. These schools provide a solid education with free tuition, uniform and lunch, which are unheard of in these needy areas.

Many families sent their children, especially girls to the school because the free lunch very frequently is their only meal for whole day. We hire local teachers with salary of $100 per month. With your help we can continue to maintain these schools as well as build new facilities in other villages nearby and expand the existing schools with new classrooms.

We always think education is the best way to change the lives of children in this world. We have so much to do, we believe the children’s needs and your support are our strongest motivation to work in Africa.
